Scene IV contains various shots of the musical themes of the first part of the album, each time reinterpreted in a different way.
I 24 Anziani is in turn divided into three sections: the first (The Clever Knife), with a jazzy flavor, is taken from an improvisation of 1977 by the trio Baro (piano) - Gigi Murari (drums) - Titta (bass); the second, softer, contains at times a double bass and exposes the chorus of the piece; the third section alternates solo of keyboards, lead guitar and piano to the re-enactment of the final choir of Se Vorrai. On the suspended chorus returns the initial arpeggio of Scene II which introduces the second episode.
The instrumental Il Libro della Vita is led by electronic flavor keyboards and offers guitar cues by Massimo Basaglia that echo Oldfieldian atmospheres.

Scene IV story:
Apocalyptic marriage of Lucillo & Giada: their names, consecrated to the Lord, are written in the Book of Life.
